I can say I experienced the same thing with my glans.

It seemed like nobody was replying to your post at the time and I was just pointing that your problem may be somewhat rare and hard for most guys into modifications to relate to. But maybe I'm wrong. pistaatortenesz - I removed my glans because of the opposite reason. I felt that the more intense sensitivity of my glans were preventing my from appreciating the more enjoyable, more subtle sensations from my shaft. You might try increasing your level of mental sexual stimulation and relax, take your time, and focus more on those more subtle sensations. In most men the coronal sulcus and frenum area are very sensitive, and as you mention, your urethra. Without my glans I can orgasm as quickly as before (and maybe quicker) so it is possible.
