How much have you grown?

Hey all, I am admiring the many pics in the threads here and wanted to ask...

Compared to your starting dimensions, how much have you grown? How much can I expect to grow? My starting dimensions are about 7" length x 5" girth. I would be interested in before and afters as well, if you have them.
