You can litterally cut the outer skin and slide it back. Inner foreskin hurts bad - like really bad... Outer skin not so much. If you were to cut around the glans end, the down to the base and around again you could litterally peel the outer skin off. Regrowth is very slow, inner skin area (toward the front) ridiculously painful during healing, outer skin during regrowth not so much. The replacement skin is much much firmer amd less 'flexible' bit like the rest of the body skin.
