That's an interesting extender you're wearing. It's just the one wire between the base and glans rings? Did you make it yourself?

Yes, I made it myself. Both ends are soldered into the rings at both the large cock ring and the glans ring. Very stiff rod made of brass, silver solder used. Custom length to fit my length. Holes were drilled to the exact diameter of the rod.
