Here’s my current mod progress. Have cut the head twice to 3/4 but it just keeps regrowing so I think I need to pierce it and heal the piercing so as to act as an anchor for the split. Thinking about increasing my sub this weekend, what do you guys think? I can piss standing up right now and am scared to loose that ability but I figure I have come this far, I’m a freak now might as well keep going hah.

Great job! Cuts are all in line. I would suggest that you place sterile gauze in the cut to keep cuts open until healed enough so that the cut will not heal shut. Or, you could do an ampalllang with a custom barbell that has balls both inside and out. ----- ----- ----- This idea is a barbell with the balls on the inside capable of screwing together on both sides. There could be other ways to accomplish this too.

Ya, I know, your chances of buying a barbell like the above idea is slim. I put my thinking cap on and work it out. Some things I've thought of are still in my head.

Pierce an apadravya - can do in stages down the shaft. That's what I did for the head split. Will be doing a shaft apadravya soon for further splitting.

Yes darthvan that is my plan now. Do you have any pointers like what size needle did you use and how long did you let the piercing heal before cutting it out. Also did it totally stop regrowth cutting the healed piercing out

The larger the better. Minimum 12g but 10g ideally. Length of barbell you'll have to measure your penis upperside to underside of placement and allow a few mm extra. Not too short and not too long. Length of time healing varies but around 2 months. The longer you leave it the better. I wore an apadravya for years before I split my glans. It certainly didn't have regrowth in the pierced section. When I split further down the shaft I'll certainly be piercing first as regrowth is a pain and disheartening. Make sure you bathe regularly with salt water solution. Twist the barbell occasionally so it doesnt stick. Make sure everything is super sterile as infection is easily done when doing this piercing.

Love the head cut, thats the depth I want to cut mine too. Regrowth is a pain as well as only being able to cut a bit at a time on the head. I've found gauze soaked with vaseline wedged between the cut help prevent any regrowth. Subs looking good, they always look smarter on cut guys, i'm uncut so mine gets hidden when my skin rolls forward. The depth choice is yours, mines about 6cm and there is always that feeling to cut some more

When I had a split like yours, I had to cut past the corona in one session and then I could place a roll of gauze between the 2 halves to prevent regrowing.
