I have had my meatotmy for a couple of years now. I am circumsised and have cut to the top of the frenulum. I get very good sensations and enjoy stimulating it. If I cut to base of the frenulum will that increase the stimulation? To cut more or not?

Before you further incise the meatotomy, you should remove your frenulum. Because otherwise you can't cut straight. Then you can cut open your meatotomy up to the ring groove. Then your foreskin remains fully functional.
