Thanks so much for your advice. I went with getting a cauterizing pen. I chose to clamp first before before using the pen. Little pain, but realized it’s probably better not to. The pen is excellent. Much easier to do cuts, and zero blood. I’m going to wait for healing now, but realize I’ll probably to a few more cuts to get where I want be. To be honest, I’m really enjoying this. Seeing how the skin cuts and then how much more the skin on my shaft moves feels so good!

Love the pictures! I’m hoping to stretch my foreskin so that it will extend about an inch beyond my gland when fully erect. And I will will keep cutting until I can fully pull the skins down with no tension on my glans. I’tll take a little while I think. I’m also thinking about sounding - I tried with a pen that was maybe 5mm and it went all the way down to the base of my cock with a little lube. I’d like to get it much bigger though…

The frenulectomy was very successful. The remains of the frenulum will disappear completely after a while. For a masturbator with a foreskin, having the frenulum gone is best.

So I’ve been on a journey, and I completely removed my frenulum, and worked on stretching my fore skin. Now I’ve worked on my meatus:

Not sure how much further to go on the meatus. I’m open to thoughts

The meatotomy can be cut in small incisions using the pinch method down to the base of the frenulum where the foreskin begins. Has anyone out there tried the binding method? The foreskin remains functional. Then the glans is opened into the fossa navicularis urethrae. The constriction that comes then is the beginning of the urethra.

I removed my fremulum after my Meatomy had reached it. I should have also been removed by the whole foreskin. I now have a lot of loose leather
On the beside of both glans halfs.

I would not remove the foreskin. Because you can use them well for masturbation.

Foreskin closed with 18mm penis plug.
