Can an infusion be done to just the Head of the penis?

I have been interested in doing an infusion but I wanted to start with just my Penis Head.
Is that possible and if so has anyone done it?

there was a lot of talk about it, but no, you can't do it like that! the whole thing is in the fabric of the cock's head, this fabric is not stretchy!

As stated, directly, no. The only way I've had it change is due to migration of saline being forced up my shaft and or pumping after infusing. It takes a while for it to happen. The fluid slowly is forced into/under the skin. It is something that takes time to do that way because again, as mentioned, the tissue there is different than the rest of your penis. So in a sense it is possible, but as I said. Not in the traditional easier sense of just sticking a needle in and going.
