Ok I'm already using the third one, took some time but finally did it. I still feel some pain but I can handle it.

It's 9 mm wide at the bottom and 10.5mm at the last twirl. Great for stretching.

Stretching out my hole with a 14mm screw plug, I can screw it in all the way and it eventually falls out after a while

I'm only up to a 12mm screw in with pee hole... stays put most of the time but would be mortified to lose it out and about.

Sorry Bob didn’t see your question till now, I got this from a company called steel pleasures in the uk , I wouldn’t recommend them though as I ordered something else later and they took the money but never sent it.

I started out just with regular sounds and penis plugs, If I was doing it again I would just use smooth plugs that you can pee through and keep them in, apart from the visuals as stretched hole at 12mm is just as satisfying as a stretched 14 or 16 , stretching too big messes up your pissing and ejaculation. The screws are not comfortable after a few hours.

I use a heavy stainless hollow insertable. I apply medical tape up one side of my cock, over the end of the insertable & down the other cock side.{shaved a must]. The weight, all day, feels great. Poke a hole in the tape to P.

I have been sounding for about 6 years now. I use stainless steel sounds and insert about 20 cm. Diameter 12 mm slips with without optiLube 5g deep inside with own lubricant (if very horny). With 13 mm it succeeds in approx. 30 min with optiLube approx. 20 cm deep. I am now practicing towards 14 mm. Overall, I never had problems because hygiene adhered to and patience. Meanwhile, I am addicted to sounding.
