Any pee hole enlargement ideas?

I need help opening my pee hole.
I have developed strictures and I need to strech my hole back open larger.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Silicon tube comes in all sizes, hollow, flexible, cheap, stays in. Cut inserted end on a taper. A stiff rod inside the tubing helps insertion, then remove the rod.
