Post your designs, considerations & wishes. Maybe a 3-d printer can make it happen.
I added a comfort ring at the mouth, so silicone ring isn't needed. The mouth is tilted, so it's comfortable standing for a long time. THe shape is sexy, like a bull's balls. I can get out of a 4" opening, so it's not a hinged design.

Re: Ideal Tube design
I love this and not far off from what I've been trying to get built for years. Except I need a hinged tube. Who has the technology to make this a reality?

Re: Ideal Tube design
I bet a 3-d printer could make forms for a 2-part tube, use it to make a strong plaster mold & 'vacuum' hot acrylic over it.

Instead of a hinge, a 2 sided tube (monster Jr) can be held together fine with binder clips. In my experience, just a little vacuum holds the halves together... But I'm off message here.

Impressive design!!! It should come in several sizes to allow for growth.

Several sizes? 'Scale' function in Sketchup to the rescue !
I'm making a design that looks like horse balls, now.

BullMaster comfort ring
I made a smooth ring from foam & fiberglass for my Bullmaster. It's permanently attached, & boy, is it comfortable.

How did you make your foam and fiberglass cushion? I'd like to make one that fit my anatomy better than a regular ring.

Re: Ideal Tube design
Pumping now......I would make the opening a little larger and the overall dimensions larger to accommodate water for "water pumping". Love the lip at the opening.....I use a similar setup now and love it. A thick polycarbonate would be the strongest. Sign me up when you actually make them.......maybe contact pump toys to see if they could run with it but cheers to you for a great design.

Re: Ideal Tube design
I make the tube cushions using styrofoam & fiberglass...
Tools are drill press, Dremel, hot wire cutter, sandpaper for the foam...
West System epoxy & 2 oz fiberglass...
I get a piece of 1" thick foam about 5" square, drill a 1/4" hole in the center. Put a 4" long bolt with nut & washers through the hole.
Put that assembly in the drill press.
With the hot wire, turn the drill press by hand & slice off the foam to the proper outside dimension.
Run the drill press & hold sandpaper against the foam to make a nice curved circle.
Use the dremel % run the press to cut out the inner part to fit the Bullmaster.
Use the hot wire cutter to slice off the 'donut' to the proper inner diameter.
Sand the donut.
Glue the donut to the BullMaster with West System epoxy.
Fiberglass the donut, sand, & paint with epoxy for a smooth finish.
I'll add photos of the process from my next project.
Next time I'll reduce the inner diameter of the entrance to 3 1/2", so my pubis isn't pumped up; just my cock & balls. However, after packing the BullMaster Magnum getting out is S L O W... with the BIG entrance.
