Cut!

Or pierced the PA and play/stretch the piercing and then cut when the whole is too big :D
I had a PA, had so much fun stretching it until I cut it, creating a meatotonomy, loads of fun :D

I would recommend going for the full meatotomy on the upper side and the lower side. Later getting the piercings
Be careful when trying new things. :D

A split on the upper side of the head right down to the corona looks most beautiful.

Sorry to say that I didn't take a video of it. But OMG it would have been so hot to to have and rewatch - love to see the clamp going on and then me cutting it open.

From the inside, I cut without a clamp so went the first joint on the little finger of his wife. Hurrah!
