Muhman is absolutely correct to emphasise the importance of things being sterile, but that "spraying device" is a Disposible Hypodermic Syringe and when supplied syringe, needle and saline solution would all be sterile.

how much ml can that syring contain? how often you fill it for 200 ml? that can not be ok and sterile if you use one syringe and fill them again and again! I think like muhman.

Практики мало,делал несколько раз, прикольно. Лучше конечно капельницей закачивать. Что безопасно это точно, стерильность и нет проблемм!
