Peehole cutting and piercing

Hello!!

As it has been almost a year since I last cut and opened my peehole up, I'm getting the urge to enlarge it more

But I'm wondering if I this time should cut at the top instead of the bottom..

Now I'm a bit lost on if I should cut at the bottom (red arrow), or at the top (black arrow)..

Wondering if anybody has any input on this? What will affect pissing if it will affect it? I have opened up about 5millimeters at the bottom already, and it havent affected pissing what so ever.. only positive things to say about cutting it open, more room for bigger stuff

I would like to cut the top, but in the back of my mind there is a voice saying that the bottom is better....

And another thing, I wondering more and more about a piercing on my cock that I never seen any guy have..!
It's trough the uretha like a PA, ore a deep PA, but going in on one side, then trough the uretha and out on the other side.
Like a frenulum piercing, but trough the uretha instead of the skin underneath it..

Hey there

I have been inserting stuff into my pee hole for 10 years rather cut to the red arrow, less bleading but once you do the cut its permanent, I streached and rore mine during the years and can now push my fingers all the way to the swinter and is streaching that now, good luck and send some pics

Have read the other topics several times, and been into peehole insertion and stretching for 20 years, but always wanted the hole to be bigger... 1,5 years ago I did the first cut, and now I have cut a total of 5 to 6 millimeters at the bottom..

What I would like to know, is if anyone has any experience in cutting at the top? Is it really any different to cutting at the bottom? And would it affect pissing in any negative way?

Don't really want the meatotomy-look, but a bigger opening. Something like a very slight head-split...

Crusmons, damn!! That is a big hole from just stretching!!! Very nice

Anybody have any thoughts on my piercing idea??

I made my "final bottom cut" last week and it has just about fully healed up. Last month I made a small cut to the top part of my peehole (there is a natural line there) and haven't experienced any peeing problems since making my final downward cut.

I've been wanting to finish cutting the 1/8" or 1/4" of the top part of my peehole and stopping there...I don't want a fully split gland.

I'd also like to see some comments and maybe some pictures from some of you that cut a little bit more of the top of the gland.
