PA piercing migration w/ 6 gauge and heavy ball ends?

I want to start wearing my larger ball ends but I'm concerned about the piercing migrating. I was pierced in June and aside from a little crust on the outside at the end of the day i am completely healed.

To give an idea of the size of what I'm talking about - I have a 3/4" ball and a 1/2" ball. The large balls only come in stainless at that point or I would've much rather gotten titanium but it wasn't an option. The 3/4" ball is quite a few ounces but I've misplaced my postage scale so I can't say how many for sure.

I've got the 1/2" and a 1/4" in right now, should I be careful even at the smaller sizes?

I wouldn't worry at all I mean you may stretch the whole a bit but you wont notice or mind i can tell you that for sure. I where a princes wand and have for some time now and love the extra weight from the 1/2" and 3/8" stainless balls not to mention the 5/16" sound
