I use 18 for boobs. Gets about a litre an hour on average. Probably be faster than that in a sack maybe but I havnt tried anything down there.

I sometimes try to insert as far as possible so when the needle bounces back a touch it leaves a small channel inside. Sometimes i manually pull it out by 1mm to speed it up when it stalls or apply a little pressure where I imagine the end is.

I use 21 for sack, and would recommend 19 for breast as well as belly. The lower the number, the bigger the needle and that can mean reduced infusion time. With larger needles it can also leave greater risk at nicking a vein, and it is a bit harder to seal I'd imagine.
