Cock infusion question

Hey guys. Will be doing a cock only infusion in the next week or so but wanted to ask a question before i do it.
I'm uncut,and want to know if it's possible to roll the skin back behind the head and then start the infusion. My aim would be to have it so i cant roll my skin back over my head. A temporary way to have my head exposed. Anyone tried this?

It works with pumping so can only imagine it will work better with saline
