Hello,
I am debating on taking the plunge and getting silicone but I was wondering if any siliconed guys out there still use saline or is it a big no? I am a frequent pumper and infuser and want to know if I would have to permanently give up saline for silicone.

Yes, saline and silicone are not compatible. Silicone is a no go back road. Putting saline you will dislodge the silicon from it's place and the results could be fatal (as in having to loose all, and I mean ALL!). I'm not advocating one above the other, just my advice, don't do both is not going to work.
