Saline and N20 questions

I was wondering if you could do a N2O inflation and then
Follow up with saline later that day.

Or do saline or dextrose let's say 2liters and several hours
Later you refill with N2O.

And how about the lineset that runs from saline bag to needle
Or catheter used for a infusion. If it's left in a empty bag and used
To re tap and bag that next morning for fill is this ok. I know you would
Use a new needle but keep the lineset clean. I say not worth the risk.

Don't mix shit (n2o and saline) ever. I wouldnt even do them within the same damn week.

Only time you would possible EVER want to reuse a line is if in the same session you went from one bag to another after re sanitizing your hands since you need to puncture the new bag. You can't magically keep a lineset "clean" after its been used. Period.

I'll agree with shadetreant about not reusing lines or anything like that. any of the stuff actively carrying saline shouldn't be reused, it's really not safe.

however i know there have been others before who have done both n20 and saline together, using the n20 to stretch and then rapidly filling the space with some saline to top off. however, just speaking from what i've read, not personal experience, It'd probably be better to do some more research first and find out what you're comfortable with. best practice no matter what is research and BE SAFE.
