I use ball weights from Chain Gang. They use a screw to keep them together and if you need to remove it, it's easy.

The style and size is unique to you. Personally, I use the largest 20 mm round 2 piece for my purposes. I also use them to stretch my sack between fill-ups. I can get 10 on at a time, but only for about an hour. 6 I can hold all day and night.

I use the hinged cock ring part of a cheap chastity cage I found on ebay. I modified it by drilling and tapping a hole for a screw to clamp it together and prevent pinching. I like to be able to take it off if it gets uncomfortable a day or so after I inflate my balls. It stays in place better than my stretchy silicone ring. I thread a cord through the hole for the padlock and use it to support and pull my balls up while I'm wearing it. If you look closely, you can see the screw head in the flat spot behind the rope.
