I have 4 250's and 2 - 1000's just waiting for me.
Going to try the two of the 250's in each breast first placing needles about mid inside and lower first.
any better suggestions?
I want more cleavage.

I usually go an in inch or so above the nipple so the fill begins directly(ish) behind the nipple and wear a cupless bra or corset while filling. Afterwards, choice of bra makes a huge difference to cleavage.

Thanks phranti...I usually do that, a little to the inside or else I get a large top boob at first...sent you a pm about the ainterol.
the triple sites used by another member here had really nice result, I was hoping with double sites and the dex....to get nice distribution.
Man I love having titties....and you're right....the PM gives me a nice foundation to put the saline.

For my part i ordering at pigdream.ch..... it's the only place where i can find glucose or saline. Here in switzerland it's really limited to find it, but in france you can buy 10 bottles with 500ml for the same prize here.........so stupid.....
