i am wondering! What do you do with Cath??? Cath isnt need! I infuse more than 10 jears without cath! It makes pain, big hole and you need money for nothing. More Risk of infektion include.

The Cath reduces the risk of puncturing things not needing a hole in them. Like your balls!
Since when the needle is removed, there is nothing sharp left in your sack, movement isn't a risk.
I would never leave the sharp-pointy needle in my sac for the several hours it takes to infuse 4 liters. I'd be afraid to move for fear of poking my nut itself. Not into that...
