I get mine from http://vereburn.com/

They're based in BC and have a flat shipping rate (40$) no matter how big the order so I usually buy several cases at a time to save on shipping.

Occasionally back ordered but I usually get my saline a week or three after ordering.

EMRN out of Montreal. Not the best communication at times but their pricing and shipping have been fairly reasonable.
