Question about 5% Glucose please

hi i have got 5% Glucose infusion solution in 500ml bottles and would like to try it .
i can take 2 liters of saline in one go with some room left . and have done 3.5 liters of saline over the weekend fri 1.5liters /sat 1.0 liter / sun 1.0 liter with no problem.
I have read that i need to drink lots of water but not sure if i use 500ml Glucose first ? and then do 500 ml of saline. or the other way round as in saline then the Glucose. Or would you say just do the 500 ml Glucose as see how it goes.

I would say just do the 1 liter and see how it goes with the swell. You can always top off later that night or in the morning.

I agree with racer-x take it slow and see how your body reacts to the glucose since each individual is defferent,and for the mix i personely go with glucose first and saline after
