Well at least your knowledge on this is better than your knowledge on lactated ringers and dextrose infusions

Air infusions are dangerous yes. But they are not like you stated in another thread, a painful way to commit suicide. If you follow the same rules as saline and don't inject into a vein, the only risk then is infection. And if you have the common sense to disinfect your equipment and take precautions, you'll be fine.
