arabianKnight, it was my first time doing it in my cock i did fill my balls at the same time so may not of had the best result
but all i did was to pinch some cock skin so the needle when in under the skin between and not into the cock it self just pushed the needle up to the tip of the cock. to see the skin start to fill and get bigger was great , it worked for me and had no side effects at this time , but like everything you have to be careful stay clean..
The second time i tried it my cock and balls had 1'5 liters in, i did try and tie off my cock and did the same with the needle, and again my cock started to fill as it got very tight i took of the tie and just let the rest of the 500 ml flow and go where it wanted.
hope this might help and be clean and careful of veins. i will one day just tie my cock and start to fill , and once i get to tight i let the rest flow in my balls.
