I'm going to try and do 1 liter of saline with 5% Dex then 1 liter of saline, any tips from any one?

Just GO FOR IT and enjoy! Do the dex first then saline to top it all off. drink lots before during and after and enjoy the stretch from the swell Don't forget to post pics of it all man!

I have a lot of trouble with leaking some days. Some times I've been fine but other times I leak pretty constantly. I haven't quite figured out how to get things consistent.

that being said, as long as your scrotum is tight tight tight then you will probably have some leaking, because skin is not designed to heal up well when it's super tight. Tension like that causes the skin to grow, but the pressure from the fluid is usually just enough to seep out through a wound that is already there. As your scrotum grows from repeated infusions you will find it easier to heal up consistently.

Great pic's, just wondering have you ever tried to reshape your sac after infusing or are you happy the way it is
