The saline at drug stores is NOT sterile. It's for external use ONLY. Do not attempt!!

Don't be a cheap idiot and buy sterile IV saline. There was a guy on here who made his own and ended up with gangrene, he got lucky and didn't lose all his junk.

The "sarcastic" remarks are simply to hammer home how serious this is. Do not take stupid risks. Saline inflation is inherently risky at the best of times. All the info you need is in the forums, please research properly and take every precaution. We are all happy to help where we can and we certainly don't want you to feel unwelcome here, but please, make sure you get the proper supplies, make proper preparations and take proper precautions so you can safely have as much fun as we do.
