Saline while pumping.

I was wondering if you where to pump and place the needle
To infuse in the area I have crudely drawn as migration area
Would the reverse happen. Mean would it get drawn in to
The balls. As fluid is drawn there during pumping doing this
Would just try to give it extra for better results.

This would kind of be like a reverse migration.

Also by placing it here. You could keep it clean which
