Be good. It's a good size but bigger is useally better

It was all in at once 1l dextrose followed by 1l saline.

i think its better to wait until Glucose swelling worked and than saline add. Glucos takes Water from your Body for swellung. If you soon after Glucos infuse Saline than will Glucosse take Salinewater.
for example i think: 1 l Gluc + swellung after 2 Hours 0,5 L = 1,5 l Bulge. Add to This 1,5L now 1 L saline = 2,5L
