Why does the saline bunch up in the sac.

I use a catheter style not a butterfly style.

When I make my pierce through the skin in the correct spot using the guide, I dont get any blood or any pain.

I start my infusion and never feel any pain or discomfort.

For some reason the saline just stays in one spot, though... what am I doing wrong?

u are not doing anything wrong, just wait for few more minutes and saline will start to scatter or distribute more evenly throughout the sac
and always try to insert the catheter more horizontal to the sac skin rather than inserting it straight toward the body.
