I have been ball stretching 24/7 for a few years
I infused 2000 cc's but I could have done another litre easy I figure .... Maybe next time!

How does that feel leaving the metal ring on while you inflate? I guess what interests me is any problems leaving it on. Your stretch and your sac are both absolutely gorgeous.

Other than perhaps not allowing a bit more saline in, it helps keep what I do get in stay in longer - and since I wear 2 to 3 lbs of split rings 24/7, I am used to the feel of the weight all the time
The weight of 2 litres feels nice, but it feels better weighing more!

I think that I am going to give that a try. I, too, wear weights 24/7---a little over a kilogram all the time. Love the feeling.
