So there is a Dr. who announced that he will be doing breast saline infusions soon with an additional ingredient and they will last 3 weeks. Any idea what he adds to achieve this?

You can get more info below. It's not unethical, it's to give women a temporary bust boost with saline that lasts a few weeks. It might help them decide whether they want implants or bigger boobs for more than 24 hours. Apparently it's supposed to be as safe as injecting saline.

I even heard Dr. Drew report on it on one of the million shows hes on. I already have a bit of loose skin because my weight fluctuates plus or minus 110 pounds (thats a lot I know) so I'm not worried about it...
