yes it does. but its also a big risc for a prostate/bladder infection.
as i work in a hospital as a nurse i was curious about inserting a catheter. wanted to know how it feels. did everything sterile but as the uretra of man is very long it is impossible to work sterile 100%. ended up with a prostate infection and had to take antibiotics for 2 months.
