Saline & Dextrose availability in US

Hi guys,
Has anyone had any recent luck ordering saline and/or dextrose here in the USA?

I've ordered saline several times in the past from DealMed but they are out of stock on both and their dextrose requires doctor's authorization.

If anyone has a source...
1) Do I want 0.45% sodium chloride or 0.9% sodium chloride? Does it matter for our purposes? I think I've used 0.9% before but don't know if it matters.
2) Where can I find 5% dextrose without a physician's authorization?

Hoping to get some supplies and do a big multi-day fill on December 8. If anyone can help point me to some stock, I promise good, giant-ball photos!

Osmolarity of 0.9 Saline is 308
Osmolarity of D5 / 0.45 Saline is 406
Osmolarity of D5 / 0.9 Saline is 560

0.9 will pull more fluid than the .45

if you order from dealmed.com right off the listings of items page rather then clicking on it and then trying to order it.
It will still go through. I've done it several times. They don't keep up with their site as well as they should so sometimes they have items in stock and don't even list them.
Best if you call them or chat with them online directly to find out what they actually have in stock.
I just ordered 1000ml of Dextrose 5%... IV line and catheter.
