Hi there
I have been doing saline inflation about 2 years now and I can fill 2 l in the sack but I think the effect wears of too fast!
I have got the idea that I could have a silicone implant (like breast implants) at about 1/2 L for it to be permanent, does any of you have any experience with this and where to have it done?

There is a guy on the body mod boards who did this sort of thing himself. He used the testicular implants that vets use for animals. First he had two smaller ones (His balls 2 so he literally has his nuts and 2 balls of saline in there) They were a little bigger then normal. Then he swapped them out for the Bull model. He is freaking huge. Check out the Neuticles thread.

the "silicone" is macrolane and is jaluronic acid paste long time reasorbable.
The price is 15 euro per cc (or ml)
