I place my caths all over. I don't think it matters. I think it stays in my sack from all the years I stretched with rings. I did that for about 15 years before I started inflating. Personal best there was 20 3/8" rings. I could wear 12 continuously - even sleeping.

24 hours later, I just measured and it's only gone to 24" (61 cm for the metric people). Even when I get a little migration to the cock shaft, it doesn't last long. With this much 'swelling', my cock actually becomes shy and is engulfed by the sack.

There is no way I go out with it like this. I plan the weekend accordingly. Although I did stain my deck today, but I live in the woods and no one would see anyway as long as I stay behind the house.

I still use weights. Up to 10 +/- pounds of S/S rings. The largest I can get from The Chain Gang. Would wear them all weekend while I was out of Dextrose. I don't do normal saline any more as it doesn't last, screws up body electrolytes and I spend a day or two feeling like I'm dragging a ton of bricks until I pee it all out.

this is the best scrotal infusion i have ever seen.. so perfect what can i say,,

i myself is a intense lover of saline infusion and is doing this for last 2 years but, my top limit is like 1.3 lts that i could not cross. every time i try to go past that 1.3 lts limit it feels like my scrotum is becoming very tight and it would burst so i stop there.

my question is what will happen if i do not stop at that 1.3 lts mark and proceed for more?? will it cause my scrotum to burst open or any kind of skin damage??

I have never had troubles. I do use a skin lotion (actually a skin lotion for pregnant women to prevent stretch marks). If you get to the point where there is too much fluid in your scrotum, your body will move it. It's why your penis also get's a fill-up! Depending on your body, it may move to the abdomen or some have even seen it migrate around the anus.

You work isn't too bad either. Keep filling and stretchin.
