I don't think this will work for injection? It would be best to have 0.9% saline I believe. I will be doing just straight 0.9% saline with the inflation and was trying to
add that little extra kick/swell to the over all effect.

D5/0.45NS would work if you are ok with using dextrose/glucose solutions. My solution of choice is D5/0.9NS (or D5NS). The full saline used in this D5 solution makes the osmolality higher ... which in our terms means more fluid pull into the scrotum. 1 liter of D5NS can get me to 20 inches pretty easily if I"m well hydrated. Hope that helps.
