Hey people, very new to this and have done my research. I live in windsor ontario canada. How would I come across all of the things that i need? Saline, iv etc... I cant seem to find anything anywhere!

EMRN is your best bet. Not the most transparent when it comes to shipping rates, though they are the most flexible.

Sands.ca offers the best/most transparent shipping but they only seem to offer saline.

Midwifery Supplies is a bit pricier but seem to offer a decent selection of what you need. Aside from the 18ga needle (a tad big), their IV Kit is a good start.
