saline for butt/hip inflation?

Just curious to know if anyone has used saline in their buttocks to make them bigger temporarily. I have this fantasy of being able to temporarily make myself more womanly to go out crossdressing once every 3 months or so. I'm looking at saline infusion for tits as a start. However, I've been wondering about doing it in my hips and butt for a more womanly shape. Any thoughts on this?

I gave it a go earlier...didn't go great, chose poor needle position. It's all a learning curve though and i will try again next time. I have higher hopes for next attempt.

Just tried hips. If I have better results next time I'll post pics of injection site and end result.

You can inflate pretty much anywhere with caution. The problem is usually finding a space that will accept the fluid easily. I inflated my breasts when i was 18 or so and one was easy, the other sucked, and they both hurt like a mofo getting filled.

Both, and was.... awesome. In fact i can do so much for my hips, I try 3 methods, N2O, Saline, and Air, The saline was better to my hips, but in the next morning almos was gone
