New Toy! / Anyone know about Pressure Infusers?

Post by msmSaline »

http://www.eternitycollars.com/products ... ity-collar

Just ordered a bunch of stuff here for my husband and I (we are going to start including some Master / Slave relations, awesome i cant wait). I got the Black collar (16 inches) the anklet (9.75 inches), and some other stuff to go with it.

From what i hear, the eternity collars are SUPERB for tieing off while inflating, and I am curious if anyone else has experience? I figure I can use my anklet to start and the collar for my big big sessions...

Now, what i REALLY want to try is a Pressure infuser! It looks like this one is reusable, which i want because they cost a lot, and it holds the big 1000ml bags.

Anyone use those? I think Maxxxbulge uses both and i know some people have the collars.... just curious. Gotta find that xTube vid of the salined guy with one.

I use those every day in the hospital. They are for keeping pressure on an IV line usually in an artery so blood doesn't back up into the tubing. Or for rapid infusion of IV fluids into a large vessel (central line in the neck/internal jugular vein). I would use them with caution on your scrotal sac. A gravity infusion is waaaaaay safer. Anytime your force fluids into a space that usually doesn't have fluids in it, you risk tissue damage. I will say, use with caution. Slower can be better in order to give the tissue time to stretch. Fast infusions are risky. There's my 2 cents.

B8r,

Thanks, this is the exact type of information i need to know. If i switched to a gravity drip once the sack is more or less filled (not under pressure or maxed out, i suppose), is that still worrisome? I just hate waiting 2 hours to fill two liters, which still leave me with a lot of floppy space.

But yes safety > fun!

thanks!

I would still be worried any time you FORCE fluids into a space that isn't usually supposed to contain them. Gravity, albeit slow, is the safest way for us to accomplish our goals doing what is already a risky practice. I won't say "don't do it" because it's your body. I know that when we used to use pressure bags on a peripheral, and it infiltrated, the pain to the patient could be significant. And if the solutions aren't quite compatible outside of a vein, that could cause some serious tissue damage. Policies have changed and we are no longer allowed to use pressure bags on peripheral IVs. I hope this info helps.

Hallo saliners,

i only filling with Pressure, round about 8 Yearss!! No Problem with this! I press the SalineBag with a clamp, so i can fill 1 Liter in 14 min! The second Liter 6 Hours later takes 10 min becase the Scrotum is streched and floppy.

When I use a small needle (19G) it takes a good long time to infuse 2 liters, about 2 hours. A few times I have used a larger catheter size in Palm Springs and the solution flowed in remarkably fast, and my body had no problem dealing with it coming in. Only problem was the injection wound took longer to heal since it was a bigger puncture.

B8r, are you sure adding a bit of pressure when using a small needle is such a poor idea? it can't possibly be worse than me using a 17-18 gauge needle and getting 2 liters of saline in me in less than an hour.

Increasing the flow/pressure into a smaller gauge needle/catheter can cause some tissue damage ... will it harm you irreversibly? Probably not. But, it will cause some tissue damage. Think about the stream coming out of a small hose vs a large hose. You can clear more dirt off your drive way with a concentrated stream than you can with just an open ended hose. Putting pressure on a smaller gauge needle is doing the same thing to the tissues in your scrotal sac. Again, will it harm you irreversibly? Probably not.

I look to our pumping brethren ... they spend HOURS pumping to achieve a portion of the results we can get in an hour by infusing. So, I say to you ... why rush ??? For me, it's about the experience. I just settle in with some porn, or reading the messages here or the best times are when I'm on cam with a buddy (especially BigBoots!). The other side of going slowly is, the tissues have time to expand ... thus, you can get bigger if you go slower. So, stop and smell the roses, enjoy the ride from big to Bigger! But, if you are in a hurry and want to use pressure (like many have), just be sure to pay attention to your body.

I do not want to discount anyones ideas or experiences, I just want to add my theories and experiences to the mix so folks can have another source to consider for information. I hope it helps.

i just re-read my initial posts and realized i mispoke:

I would want to use the pressure infuser into a saline-filled space, not from the get go. ie: liquid shooting into liquid, not an empty cavaty. I think i may just switch back to bigger needles, but i hate dealing with a bad seal. hate hate hate. MRUSS what size gauge are you using thats bigger than a 19? I use a 20 normally which is pretty small, and 19 has given me issues to seal. That being said i always max out so there generally is a ton of pressure.

this saline shortage needs to kiss my ass and end.

If you just cannot find a way to hang it then you may have to use this.
However who can't hang the bag somewhere above?

Every two ft above the infusion site is between .43 and .5 lbs per sq inch.
So hang it at the ceiling and sit on the floor would be around 4 PSI.
That is just too much. I hang mine with my sitting at my desk and bag about four ft. above
injection site. That is enough pressure to fill you then to force water through inner layers
and creating blisters. So you don't need artificial pressure under most circumstances.
Maybe you are doing it at work, hiding it in a drawer and working under the desk?

Can't say much about the infuser but thanks for the link to the collar! I've been looking for the best fit for my reroute......when it's done, I know where to get the perfect fitting urethral ring.

I used an 18 that time and it flowed super fast. I didn't think the difference would be that much. the only problem was it took me a very long time to heal. if i'd done a dex infusion with that size of a wound it would be a real bitch to heal up. I heal slowly anyway. So there you have it.
