I've been inspired by the recent showing of direct cock infusions (I have submitted stuff along these lines before) but have benn out of the habit. Obtained some 5% glucose and given it a go. The series of photos are six days apart and use different injection sites. You can see the first site in the second series of photos as a slight swelling looking a bit red but it's quite OK! It doesn't take long before the infusion starts to migrate to the balls but I don't mind that at all. I only wish I could keep the lovely swollen cock all the time.

Just under the skin. Not in the corpus cavernosum and I don't think I've ever seen an infusion done like that but I would be oh so interested to see one if it existed, or indeed into the glans direct.
I don't think it would work in the glans as there is no space inside the glans, it is full of spongy tissue and therefore no space for infused fluids, could be quite dangerous!
