My first saline. To begin tried to pour 400ml. Over time, I will continue to increase the volume. Next time will be 800ml.

Nice fill for your first infusion... I would recommend though that you use looser and adjustable cock and ball straps. Your penis looks a bit "blue" for my liking. Kinda worries me that it is not getting the blood and oxygen it needs. We don't want you starving your penis for oxygen now!! Get some adjustable straps to isolate the balls and cock. That'll make things look healthier while infusing and afterwards.

My other suggestion is to move the needle a bit further from the middle. You don't want to infuse in-between the "sides" of the scrotum. You want to infuse into the "fatty" tissues within one side or the other (all those tissues "communicate" throughout your scrotal sac so, it will even out as you infuse more and over a small amount of time once you are done). See my diagram attached and aim that needle for the "greenish-yellow" areas on the diagram.
