Wow. You should measure to see how you are doing. Some guys do it like lines of longitude, but I think measuring around horizontally - like at the equator - at the largest circumference is the best. Then post a photo with tape measure! I get up to 18" (45.7 cm).

With 1 litre 5%G+0.9NaCl I fill to 15 1/2 inch circumference, which then expanded to 17 1/2 after a couple of hours. Pressure built up so that I got a bit of weeping through the sack and a few small blisters on the surface. I've only done glucose once, but I will do it again. Took about two days to really come down. With straight pumping or straight saline, it is mostly resorbed within 24 hours.
