Hey ya'll,
Been pumping and inflating for about ten years now. I'm wanting to permanently enlarge my cock (girth obviously) but haven't tried surgilube or anything longer lasting than glucose. Can someone point me in the right direction with some guidance if at all possible, after doing some searching of the forum, I don't feel quite well enough informed in taking the next step prior to taking the final step.
