About male breast saline inflation

I wonder if it is possible to use simple water, mineral water type? What is and can make even the infusion itself? thank you in advance for your answers. (i never testing it)

Rofl...NO you can´t make it yourself and if you are trying it you will get the risk of an infection and many other things. And in worst case you die. So never mix your own saline!!! NEVER! Safety is the way to go.

No do not do this! It is not compatible with you're body and it must be absolutely sterile. Use only medical grade Saline.
No not Dextrose or Glucose either. You're poor pancreas just might not be able to keep up with the overload of sugars.
You could really hurt yourself with Glucose/Dextrose or anything not sterilized to medical, injectable grade.
