When still infusing, Yes, your cock is quite hard (but not rock hard) but when you eventually stop there is that wonderful period whilst the glucose still gains strength from your own inetrnal fluids and just feels full FULL. The infusion site was just one and the glucose was standard 5%. If you just keep the flow going (I used about 1 litre) it just keeps going into your scrotum (ballsack) anyway no matter what precautions you might take to prevent that happening. I don't mind that eventuality as I like big swollen balls, look forward to it in fact. Do remember to drink lots of water when you use glucose as your body needs it to replenish the internal supply as the glucose "steals" your fluid and keeps on swelling long after the actual event of infusion.
