5% Dextrose inflation in breast

I have enjoyed saline breast inflation on several occasions. I am wondering if 5% dextrose in the breast is more dangerous than in the scrotum due to rate of body absorbtion. Does anyone have any information on this or previous experience?

actually 5% dex is similar to intra cellular constituents and it goes in to cell. so the time taken to reabsorb is much slower than saline. also there is the risk of infection as it is a good culture medium. but if sterility maintained no issue?

Hi plastic surgeon,

Are you really a doctor? If so, I have a question. Is it dangerous for a normally healthy male to inject 5% dextrose or glucose into breasts? I looked up as much as I could online, but didn't find much. I'm know the risk of infection, etc. I'm asking specifically about the sugar, insulin, etc. I don't have diabetes or any other health problems.
