Hi,
you have to place the needle (which is a "green" butterfly - canula in Europe) between! the cavernous body and the cock skin. You must not hurt any veins of course or act unsterile. Disinfectant is important! I always prefer the right side if the cock, because then it is safer and the needle will not hurt the penis itself. Before that you have to look after the air, which has to completely vanish out of the link between needle and bottle. If you want to prevent the migration of the fluid to another parts of your body, use that ropes or plastic rings, which you always! can remove, no matter how thick you got. This is it ;=)...
