I had to dilate my meatus because I had an adhesion. This was done by inserting larger and larger catheters until the biggest one was about the diameter of a pencil. It worked very well, but I did have some bleeding at first. It greatly enhanced orgasms.

Thanks Scorpio & Stainless for the compliments...and yes, it really does feel great! However, I'm still having a bit of difficulty getting the 13/14 mm sound to go in. Just have to keep working at it.

Now, Stainless. Love to see a picture of your PW. I've been looking for one, with a pee hole, that I can 'pop' in and have it stay in without fear of it falling out. Yours sounds like it might do the trick.

I found a penis plug/chastiy device that had a metal ring that fit around the ball sack and locked. It kept the penis at a curved down position. I can't find that website now. Any ideas?

Before the indentation, 9.94mm, after the indentation, 11mm

The 9.94 part will snap in and the 11mm won't go in yet. When it does, then this won't fit any longer. I spent a lot of time getting this machined just right. I'm thinking of making another, little longer insert part, maybe flush outer part. Then it wouldn't stick out and could be worn under clothing in more comfort. It's stainless steel and it takes a lot of work to make, cut, polish,try it, cut, polish and try again etc.
